Long story short worked at a brewery for 6 days and decided it wasn't a good fit for me.with the long commute. Decided to quit and cut.my losses and now my boss is withholding my pay from me. Don't have anything in writing except the papers I filled out for the job that I'm sure they trashed and my only leverage is the text between me and my boss stating my start date and follow text messages saying he was gonna 1099 me through venmo. Should I put in a wage claim via the pa.gov site or am i basically fucked since nothing was in writing.
