When a company says “with paid medical/dental insurance” what does it mean?

The reason I’m asking this is because I have an interview at this job and I’m just confused on why they used the word paid? I have a job right now where they provide health and dental but I have to $50 a week for the health insurance. So when this new company says paid insurance does that mean I don’t have to pay anything or the price is greatly reduced or does it just mean noting? I don’t really want the job if it’s just going to be the same as the job I already got
