My coworkers & I have noticed we get more work done on days our boss is not there. He is a narcissist. When he arrives, it is constant chaos, micromanaging, and delegating extra tasks for no reason other than he told us to do them. Meanwhile, we are unable to actually do what we are supposed to do (for compliance) because he gives us unnecessary side tasks (often already completed by other departments) I can’t wait to quit!
