If a company pays for 40 hours a week sowing up 15 min earlier is gifting them 1.25 hours a week.
When companies ask you to be earlier they should allow to leave earlier too.
I get very annoyed by this. I already lost time in my commute, you can lose time in the set up,contemplate those 15 as worked or pay overtime. Is about 5 hours a month, times 30 is 150 bucks.
Why should I give a company 150 bucks?
