I’m in a situation where me and another coworker have the same week off for vacation and both got approved. Our head custodian was gonna be the only one in the building that week we were out but he got a new job so no one will be in the building anymore that week and they’re having trouble filling his position. So now they’re trying to make me retract my vacation days saying it goes by seniority. Can I fight this?
