Workplace safety laws in IL?

Hello everyone, hopefully I can get some answers here. I work in manufacturing, more specifically, in an assembly position. I was recently moved to packaging to cover for someone on vacation. As part of a packaging process, I have to manually lift oral X-ray machine arms from a stand on wheels and lay into a cardboard box. The arms are definitely more than 50lbs and the pace of work is to me a bit too fast. They had installed a small crane to avoid having to lift the arms manually as it can hurt your back and shoulder after a bit. However, it has not been used, ever. I believe it’s not being used because it slows down the target number of units for the day. I’ve been feeling pain now on my shoulder and elbow. Is there an organization that I can go to if they refuse to use…

Is there an organization that I can go to if they refuse to use the crane? I feel it’s very negligent of them to have the crane installed and not used because it hurts their numbers. Can osha get involved?
