Football team (company) “rules”
Apply for a job in the US and you’ll be asked several questions that have little to do with the role itself. Recruiters might want to know about your gender identity, if you have a disability, what ethnic group you are from and even whether you’re a US Army veteran. This is all done to ensure the company is hitting diversity, equity and inclusion targets. However, employers rarely take steps to ensure that diversity also applies to age. Research shows that 78% of US workers over the age of 40 have experienced or witnessed age discrimination.
How to fake an interview?

He only had to go in one day a week and the rest of the time worked from home. He was paid well, too. I just don't understand the philosophy of this place. It feels very childish, as if we're in Hook and money made out of playdough will just appear if you wish for it enough. No one loves work, but it's something responsible people have to do, especially when others are depending on it. I just don't see how…
