I’ve finally reached breaking point

So I’ve decided I’m done with my job. My role was that of an admin so: – Managing and maintaining files – Making, rescheduling and cancelling appointments – Answering the phone for queries, complaints and appointments – Attending to emails and social media Basic stuff. What was not in my job contract: – Managing all the nurses in my state and a few in other states – Being the Compliance manager which I had no idea how to do and no training for (CM’s earn about 65k a year more than I do in my state) – Figuring out how to manage the clinics with sweet FA stock left while my GM was in another state and not answering any of her staff. Then also being blamed for low stock at clinics even though the GM is the one in control of ordering and maintaining stock – Managing all 3…

So I’ve decided I’m done with my job.

My role was that of an admin so:
– Managing and maintaining files
– Making, rescheduling and cancelling appointments
– Answering the phone for queries, complaints and appointments
– Attending to emails and social media

Basic stuff.

What was not in my job contract:
– Managing all the nurses in my state and a few in other states
– Being the Compliance manager which I had no idea how to do and no training for (CM’s earn about 65k a year more than I do in my state)
– Figuring out how to manage the clinics with sweet FA stock left while my GM was in another state and not answering any of her staff. Then also being blamed for low stock at clinics even though the GM is the one in control of ordering and maintaining stock
– Managing all 3 Filipino girls overseas and all their questions and endorsements for emails, complaints etc

Meanwhile doing all the above I also have to do my job and somehow get the numbers to over 3k with one other admin when it took 4 of us to get it there.

In my six odd months I have seen 4-5 nurses, 2 management and 3 admins quit and in the last 3 weeks two managers have been fired.

All six nurses working in my state are quitting their jobs. Which means that my whole state will have no one, even the senior nurse who has trained everyone is walking off because they won’t give her a raise after paying her peanuts compared to what other companies pay for her job role.

I have given my two weeks because I can’t handle them expecting me to do the work of 3 people.

They can get fucked.

Thanks for reading!

Quick Edit: My GM is supposedly going on holidays overseas at the end of the week
