Recently moved to the US and started working at a supplements manufacturing company and when i interviewed for the job I was told that I have to give a 3-4 months notice before I quit, but last week they fired someone out of nowhere and she didn't even complete the 8 hours working day.
If they expect us to give them a notice before quitting, shouldn't they also give you some time before letting you go whenever they feel like it? What if that person was the only one working in the family? And you fire them? So I decided to not give them any notice when i want to quit and I'll just stop showing up, block them everywhere from contacting me? Sound good?
