my work just created a new wfh policy where we accrue wfh hours (similar to pto accrual) and now we have to request it 48 hrs in advance. and we are not allowed to use wfh hours instead of taking a sick day. it equals out to 1 day a month. and they wonder why the turnover rate is so high
