Employer forced one of my coworkers to come into work while still being covid positive – is this legal?

I live in Massachusetts, US, and our company has stated previously that we are not to come into work while testing positive for covid. My coworker still has a fever and is very clearly not ready to come back to work yet. I'm livid. Is there anything I can do?
