So on Friday June 30th I come into work, mind you I do not like who I’m working with a couple weeks back this coworker who I insanely dislike likes it when people are 100% honest with her bluntly honest and I knew what I was getting into when I said, this I told her I hate working with you Everytime I arrive at work seeing you I’m exhausted and when I leave I’m in such a bad mood I hate Fridays and she told me “thank you for that that’s the best thing you could’ve done for me” but I said in my own words “but you made a really good meal I’d be lying if I didn’t enjoy it”
for a long time I couldn’t stand her she’s insanely slow at the job healthcare I work in btw didn’t mention that anyways fast forward to the Friday I walk in pissed off because I have to work with her I was joking with her saying “do you forgive me for what I said?” She said you’ve said to many things what are you talking about I didn’t say what I was thinking it was about I didn’t like working with her. I was stirring up trouble yes I know but I’m very crazy sometimes at work my intrusive thoughts control me we then go to serve Breakfast on the Dementia Unit this guy with dementia approached are area I was making sure he didn’t touch anything because that’s unsanitary Obv so story from the past we server people via meal tickets that highlights diets and restrictions and they have to be put on the steam cart as place in the order there in unless immediate nursing ask but long ago people would abuse this for longer breaks so it’d go faster in a way. My boss caught wind of this and said next person caught doing it will be written up.
and I’m like ok when I’m there this isn’t gonna happen when I’m not idc what you do really. This is where the guy who was approaching the steam cart comes in to really set things off my Supervisor who I dislike ask me to put his ticket so he can sit down and eat even though it sounds Scumy I denied my supervisor because I listened to what exactly my boss said she kept asking for it I said no 3 times and she pouted like a dog, and didn’t talk to me I said ok you don’t want to talk to me whatever because I was asking for something for her to make. We then go to serve the next wing my boss comes down to us in the hallway as we’re starting handing her a ticket while she was printing a bunch of tickets she forgot one. She then proceeds to talk to my supervisor who is visibly annoyed by me and my actions did I think I was in the wrong at the moment 0 thought in my mind I did as I was told. My supervisor says nothing points to me and my boss is all like “oh Tyler what did you do now?” and said “we’re gonna have to talk later” as we’re serving as well we get a call kitchen call so and so number I picked it up the guy who approached us who didn’t know any better didn’t even have a ticket anyways once we were done serving I then go to run a plate down I didn’t have a ticket on me for his diet I knew it but you always make sure things change daily in health care. She said he was a regular diet so I was good me looking at the time we were done was so annoyed especially since I had to work my weekend to work which I hate. Went to go grab my breakfast cart off the wing we were done tried to calm myself down talking to a nurse and a resident trying to make light of the shity situation it helped a bit for like 2 minutes a cna paged me and since I saw her down the hallway I was waving trying to get her to see and ask what she needed got her what she wanted was then Gonna go back to the kitchen to finish up cleaning my mess then go to lunch service prep before I even got to my cart my boss comes storming at me beet Red like a Coke Can, saying no joking around this is serious me already annoyed I didn’t take the situation seriously put my hands up as jokes knew I was in shit didn’t care she then starts to get loud with me I return it back. Saying you would’ve done it if you’re other supervisor was there I told her no I wouldn’t I’m doing as you’re told still getting in trouble.
She told me oh you don’t like working with her? I said yes and she said you might have to go home I said ok let me know she said I might have to talk to the nurse she then goes ok let me talk to Tonya I still proceeded to work because had no idea if I’m being sent home for BS and being behind. She then walks into the kitchen and says grab your things clock out go home I say ok I was pissed about the situation but was glad to leave and didn’t care I’d get written up i put up with my supervisor way to long, as I was going home she says I’ll be taking you off Fridays and writing a disciplinary action because I’m not losing my cook for what you did. I just said ok and left felt so relaxed knowing I was gonna get written up over my actions I gave 0 Fs about the whole thing still do on her day off she did a surprise attack and said when you’re done with you’re job we gotta talk about the situation and changing your schedule I knew I couldn’t escape it I gave a brief summary to her why I’m in the wrong but innocent because I followed her orders still got in trouble then we talk and she tells me I’m not writing you up for the tickets it’s because you were being insubordinate i was then given a optional thing to sign it and leave a comment I left I comment never signed it I still believe I’m innocent but was in the wrong still I’m doing as my boss told me and still getting in trouble she said that’s not the reason why but it lead to everything else I removed going home Saturday not Caring I told her if I was guilty I’d sign it it but I personally still don’t believe I’m guilty thoughts?
