Ahhhh I'm in a pickle. I have the opportunity to take a position in my field that will be less work and ultimately less stress for the same amount of pay.
The current job I'm doing is challenging, and frustrating at times for a multitude of reasons. The job I was offered seems much more relaxed but I am afraid I will get bored fast and am not sure if there is a ton of growth potential? But I would have a lot more time to do things l like to do outside of work and I'd probably be all around happier as a person. Just probably bored at work.
