I’ve been working in 3 departments at my company and still haven’t been valued at any more than I was hired for

I’m just sick of this shit and wanna find another job where I can be a shittier worker right off the bat so I can make the same pay for the same job as everyone else, and get my raises just for being there long enough like everyone else. places don’t want good workers anymore, why pay one person $30 when you could pay two people $20 each for the same job? DUH
