A new girl will be here Monday to take over my previous position. How can I subtly let her know about what she’s walking in to?

For some added context, I was a design assistant, working with three designers. A, B, and C. C is fantastic, super nice, I consider her a friend. A and B however… not so much. They both make outrageous demands, will make passive aggressive comments in person and in emails, and will blame you if anything goes wrong with their project. They make a ton of money getting commissions from these projects but I made/make $20 an hour with zero commission, despite the designers pushing a lot of the work onto me. It’s a shitshow, simply put. Everyone who has had the position has left before a year. I moved to another department in the same company and I’m much happier. What can I do to help her without outing myself?
