Why why whyyyyy do companies have use fill out an application online have our resume attached and then when we get to our interview we ha e to fill it out again and give them a printed resume? Multiple jobs have been doing this in my area and it's getting way too excessive. Someone explain to me why they need the same information 2 or 3 times?
