I’m hoping you guys can share if you’ve ever had this happen. My work raises the price of my benefits every year. We don’t even have a great plan and we never get wage increases but every year we have to pay more. They keep saying “oh maybe we’ll look into paying for it for staff” but they never do. I’m paying 200$ per month now for benefits and it fucking sucks. Any experience on this? I honestly want to refuse to sign the most recent one and say I don’t give them permission to take more money. It’s ridiculous…
