Boss regularly assigns me tasks outside my job description

For starters, the people I work for own 2 businesses. The warehouse that I was hired to supervise and they also own commercial rental property. Anything I'm asked to do in the warehouse doesn't really bother me because it's what I applied for. However; my boss regularly sends me to do labor or maintenance based tasks at their rental property. I've had to go rake and bag leaves, weed eat, hang signs, clean vacant units and whatever other bullshit they don't want to do themselves. Personally I think they should hire a property manager or maintenance person for their rental property. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and used to do 2 separate jobs for one shitty wage. Personally I think they should hire a property manager or maintenance person for their rental property. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and used to do 2 separate jobs for one shitty wage. To make matters worse, my boss is a perfectionist in the most toxic way! He goes behind me and belittles the work I wasn't trained to do and has me redo tasks to his satisfaction. It was almost 100 degrees outside last week and he made me spray weed killer in all the cracks of the parking lot ( a task I had done the day before) because he said the weeds weren't dying fast enough, so I must not have sprayed them properly. Last time I had to rake and bag leaves he said I took too long. Im required to put together magazines for the company, he took the staples out of over 100 of them and made me redo them because they weren't “perfectly folded”. Am I wrong for thinking I shouldn't be required to manage BOTH their businesses for the price of one? And how do I deal with a boss that demands perfection on tasks that I'm not trained for and shouldn't be required to do?
