Back on Monday after a week off with Annual leave, doesnt feel like enough time off dreading what i have to go back to and scared to look at my emails. Positive energy please.

Are you frustrated with stagnant wages? High rents? Unable to buy a house? Unable to save? Wonder why political divisiveness is at an all-time high? I am working at a retail store with my best friend. Our manager is a scary person who ruined someone’s life in high school simply because he didn’t like him. He’s the most negative person I have ever met and doesn’t help with anything. He is high all the time as well. So I work for a manufacturing company where our HR department rolled out a new absenteeism policy. In short if you miss 5% of your scheduled shifts in a rolling 3 month period you are placed on a program where you meet with an HR representative monthly to discuss your “Progress” with regards to your attendance for an entire year. We work shift work so the 5% works out to 2.6 days in 3 months keep in mind my employer does not have paid sick days. In late November I had pneumonia and was bed ridden for 2 weeks missing 5 shifts, I forwarded medical documentation proving I had pneumonia (Doctors note, medication prescription, etc) to my employer.
