Does anyone know if known racist dog whistles can be considered for an EEO complaint in a workplace? I live in a deep red state and have some minority workers I supervise.
Another supervisor was talking a lot about Jason Aldean’s “cancellation” and making some questionable comments. I know the point of a dog whistle is deniability so I wasn’t sure the legality of trying to defend against it.
I just want my people to be comfortable at work as much as possible. Any resources or experience with this is greatly appreciated.
