EEOC Process is Existential Nightmare

Why is the EEOC process so horrible and dehumanizing ? In order to get help for discrimination we have to submit ourselves to gaslighting deception from our employers who paint us in colors of ugliness, greed, shady corruption. We must submit ourselves to an organization that hides the rules but say they don’t. A government agency’s who says they are neutral, but we see the paint to camouflage the political winds that always favor apex predators.

This illusion of objectivity doesn’t hide who suffers more & who has the wealth to survive longer in order to squash us like invasive species of insects

And then we have another timeline & new vocabulary of legalistic bullying we don’t understand. Violence in legal discrimination language. Violence to portray us. Violence against we who reached out for help.
And we are ridiculed & blamed & scolded for wearing the revealing shameful slutty clothes of disability or race or age or identity like demonized rape victims.

Because our very existence is our faults, they say while pointing to a graph about their inclusions which don’t include us.

I have never felt more alone in my life. Distrust is survival
