First week was training 9a to 5pm cool . Was told we would start the next week for our 3 12 hour shifts. It’s Now been a month of coming in 9a to 5pm and doing nothing ( There waiting for a shipment to come in and some contractors work to be done ). Next week they want us back in for 9am to 5pm again to sit and do nothing. Which I can’t because I have my kids coming which was planned way ahead of time and I figured I would be working my 7pm to 7am shifts by now. I told them I would be coming in next week.
Their response “ I dont know what to tell you. Unfortunately we don't know exact day when we will be able to follow the schedule. “

They have also now changed the scheduled days and times that were agreed upon hire ( which includes cutting overtime ).
