Feel guilty calling in sick

I work part-time in a café from a national chain. It's very fast paced at times, always on your feet, serving customers ect. I only started this job 2 weeks ago and I've had to call in sick the last 2 days because I have become really unwell with what I can only imagine is flu (too bad for cold and COVID test came back negative. All other symptoms match). I actually do have a nice manager, from what I can tell in the short time that I've known him, but I can't help but feel guilty for calling in sick because it is a few days before Christmas and we're probably at our busiest when my coworkers are already under a lot of pressure and it looks very suspicious that I'm ill the week before Christmas but I genuinely am sick. It's also not just a case of feeling well enough to go back because if I start rushing around again when it's busy then it'll aggravate my cough and no one wants someone serving them who is coughing. It's not like some cushy office iob where I can sit at my desk drinking soup.

I can't shake this feeling. It's so annoying. I haven't done anything wrong.
