Had an “interview”

I had an interview at a chiropractor office today. I use that term loosely. He didn't interview me. He just gave me a tour of the rooms and around the small office. On indeed however, the position was marked as a full time receptionist role with showing patients to their rooms and nothing more. When I was in the office with him, he was explaining I'd be in control of the machines too. “You'd do many things” so then he says “you'd be working MWF 10-7pm” (I'd be making just as much as I am at my current part time job. Which is barely 500 every 2 weeks.) I mention before anything goes further that I'm looking for full time and his response? “well maybe you could work up and be promoted to manager.” I thanked him and left. Biggest waste of time. Thankfully the commute wasn't terrible.
