Hey guys, going to be very vague here. Long story short, I requested to step down from my current role due to being overworked, this was on a Saturday. On Tuesday my boss and I met to discuss. We came to an agreement that in 3 weeks if I still feel that way then he will sign off on a lateral move or me stepping down. Okay cool. Today, I see my job posted, and not just that, but a higher rate then what they offered me and wouldnt allow negotiations.
I feel that this is a scummy move, do you agree? Any additional perspective?
