*I’m* the one bad at communicating, huh?

My boss has been telling me that I’m shit at communicating, ruining the team’s reputation, and costing the company money for months. What’s funnier is they got mad at me back in September and disabled my access for a weekend (don’t ask why I didn’t leave then, I’ve been wondering the same damn thing), and they fucked up an automation because of it. I told them that if they’d checked with me first, I could have told them how to avoid that. Their response was “communicating that was a low priority because we were trying to do damage control” for something else. LOL ok. I was the only one who knew how to fix that issue too. Anyway, I finally found a new job (paying DOUBLE for less than half the work I do now) and put in my two weeks. They said they don’t want it and they’ll just…

What’s funnier is they got mad at me back in September and disabled my access for a weekend (don’t ask why I didn’t leave then, I’ve been wondering the same damn thing), and they fucked up an automation because of it. I told them that if they’d checked with me first, I could have told them how to avoid that. Anyway, I finally found a new job (paying DOUBLE for less than half the work I do now) and put in my two weeks. They said they don’t want it and they’ll just pay it out. They implied I just needed to finish out the day. Okay fine, I get a two week vacation.
Within twenty minutes, my accounts and access were shut off and I heard nothing more from them. But they never learned their lesson, the biggest client-facing project for my team was connected to my account and it’s actively being sent out.

So essentially, clients are getting dead links because they didn’t check with me before turning my account off without telling me (again) but I’m the one bad at communicating and costing the company money.
