Just venting. Hired on as the defacto product manager repping this team right out of college. Exactly the job I wanted, great benefits, salary is decent if low, but experience gained is worth it. Almost at two years now and overall been great until the last few months.
At our peak, we had 16. Manager of the department 10+ years, a second who had been in the company 35+. People who took calls, processed stuff, etc. I maintaining and developing new processes for the entire company. There was even talk of expanding our services further.
There are four of us left now, being the only employee relations personnel in the entire company. Myself, who can only help them by taking messages. A paralegal, no help there. One call taker, and the senior. Four of us for a company of over 30k.
