How do you guys feel about having to complete the skill tests in Indeed?
What you guys like to see in the job posting?
I’ve moved up in position in the company through out the years (started as a warehouse order handler) and now I’m in a manager position that includes hiring.
I want to be fair and not waste anyone’s time who are looking for work.
Side note: this subreddit has helped me learn to be a manager by seeing the errors of others. I’m thankful that I have a decent manager as well.
