a neighbor made a claim that I purposely damaged my door for no reason however I was not in the building from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. of that morning and the complaint wasn't made until before that so there was no way I could do it they complain to the manager and she didn't call the police neighbor didn't call the police he reported to the property manager the other property manager and he didn't call the police either the owners want to sue me to get me evicted however I wasn't in the building I also have schizoaffective disorder and I'm low income and a minority what's the likelihood that they win the case? I've been living here for 23 years and we've never missed the rent payment I'm also willing to pay for the damages cost to the door and frame.
I was also at a police station but my phone was dead they have cameras and so does the donut shop. I filed a police report and I was not in the building from 1:00AM – 5:00AM the incident was reported when I was not present at the apartment. They never contacted the police, if what happened was so bad why didn't they if they wanted to have more evidence against me they would have.
