Making good money. Treated like shit

So here’s the deal, I work for x company, and they do well. I’m compensated very well, north of 85,000 per year. I also get around 10,000 to 20,000 per year in company stock. I look around me and everyone else is getting pats on the back and are appreciated. Me, I’m not appreciated, my work is just ehh to all of them. I don’t think I could find another job paying as much. I still feel that it’s almost not worth the money if people view me as a joke. What should I do? I could get a job at around 70 to 80,000 easily, but that’s such a huge haircut. I’m so lost.
