Vacation Time
I live in IN but my company is in PA. Do they have to pay me my vacation time that they gave me from my first day or how does that work? Im quitting on sunday because they lied to me about my days being gone. Said 5-7 at a time. Its been 28 days now
I work for a large cooperate company. I’ve been there for almost a 2 years. Since then I was supposed to get multiple raised from moving up and getting a promotion but I still have yet to receive any of those. I obviously told my manager and district manager about this and have kept reminding them to take care of it for months. eval score too high?!
I was told that HR would not accept my original eval score because it was too high so it was lowered quite a bit. Why even do an eval if they aren't going to accept a true eval. Makes me think HR is trying to sandbag raises or do some other kind of shady shit. Has anyone else experienced this or is it only my toxic workplace?

I’ve been here for a year: they offer terrible insurance, no 401k (yet! I’m working on setting one up for my staff), and very little PTO. I’ve been here a year and only have 5 days of vacation. (There’s no sick time) I had a company reach out to me because they saw my resume and love my experience. I’ve passed two interviews and the final one is in a few days. This company offers way more pay, great benefits, closer to home, and offers wonderful PTO. It’s also 30 mins closer to me. I’m conflicted because I do love my job and I love my staff. I’ve worked hard to make sure they’re taken care of in…
