And I do mean I was ordered. It was not a polite request, or even a passive aggressive quip. So I got up and left. The hiring manager (I assume HR, but we didn't get past introducing ourselves) seemed surprised that I would leave and even tried to backtrack, but I didn't stick around to hear it. I did send a message to my original contact on why I didn't go though with the interview. In today's world of phone and video interviews where no mask is required there is no reason to demand to someone to remove their mask in an in person interview other than a power play, and I am way past fucks to give for that BS. Edit: I already did a phone interview, they wanted to meet in person before giving me an offer. Edit: Ordered in the most commanding tone I think he could…
I know this place is more about sticking it to management but, how do folks deal with co workers who act like they have no brains and no backbone… the kind of people who are always scared of getting “in trouble”?

Hello again friends, I am back with another question. Where would I go to find worker rights and regulations for religious parties? I am struggling with a new schedule my boss is forming right now. So, this would result in me essentially going 7 days a week with little to no break in between shifts. I think this is unfair because Sunday is reserved for religion and not a day off. I want to research rights for religious practices and see if I can find anything to contradict…
I just read the post where the user is complaining about the five day work week with 8 hours shifts. That sounds like a dream to me, as I have been working for 6 days a week with only one day off. Reading that post and seeing the same thoughts I have almost every day made me type this out just to get it of my chest. I have worked six days a week for years now, anything less than that feels… odd to me. Like I should be working, I'm wasting my time and money. I literally can't have hobbies, time for some regular activities, because at my line of work shifts are both morning and afternoon during week. And I always work weekends. I simply have no will to try anything new, I just recently changed my job and it pays kinda better but I am starting to…
