Please wish me luck! About to do 3rd interview for life changing job.

I found a unicorn job a couple months ago that perfectly exemplifies not only all the professional background that I've worked in for the past ten years, but also something I'm deeply passionate about. I applied on a whim, thinking they would probably find someone with more experience in science or education than I have. Turns out I have exactly what they're looking for and it's down to me and one other person for the role and in two hours I have my 3rd interview with a five panel group. Not only would this job be my first salaried job, my first time not needing a side hustle or public assistance, it's something I'm deeply passionate about working for my dream institution. Not only would this job be my first salaried job, my first time not needing a side hustle or public assistance, it's something I'm deeply passionate about working for my dream institution. I've spent years on here cathartically commiserating with you all about the state of labor in America and around the world, schluaffing away at work that I feel is worthwhile but pays jack shit. To people that preach passion and advocacy, but work you to the bone with no support, poverty wage earnings, and the attitude like I'm lucky to be working for them. To have this institute recognize all the skills I gained, to read my application and see that I have what it takes to make my labor improve the community and their workforce. Gha! I could just keel over from the recognition alone.

Anyway I guess I just want to say, keep trying. You might actually be some other companies unicorn. Work shouldn't be miserable and there are still some good employers out there that know work shouldn't feel like a prison, and that we should feel like the work we do is worthwhile.
