President/HR is a POS human being. VP wants me to put things I’ve overheard in writing in an email to him (the VP) to have on record, but I’m uncomfortable having my name tied to it.

I work for a small-ish but very successful company in the Midwest. Our President recently asked one of our new-hires if she was pregnant simply because she wasn’t drinking coffee. He divulges information about under-privileged youth in our staff meetings. And on the meeting before Memorial Day, he gave a weird ass speech that was tantamount to jerking off to the American flag. His MO is just… making people uncomfortable. He thinks he’s funny. He’s not. He pretends like he has an open door policy and is very jovial when upper mgmt is present, but i private will dismiss you and ask you to leave his office if you say anything that goes against his thoughts. Last week I had a last straw moment, and told my VP all this. He asked that I send it to him in writing. But I’m nervous to have my name attached to this.…

Please give me your thoughts and/or anything I should take into consideration. Thank you <3
