‘The great workers’ rights competition is holding us back’

It really tries to make the argument that WFH is exacerbates burnout, and that the “right to disconnect” being proposed by the likely inbound Labour government is somehow churlish. It bemuses me that there are voices that are explicitly anti workers rights that get plastered in reputable publications. We have it pretty good here in the UK compared to the states, but we have to be vigilant that what we have isn't eroded.
