Ok this is about to sound racist as hell. I work at a franchise owned by Indian people. My current job I'm employed at is owned by a husband and wife, both from India.
The past few years they've hired a ton of kids from a local college (who are Indian) and they don't clock in or out or recieve payroll checks.
I'm assuming they have visas and can't actually work.
Must be nice to not have to have taxes taken out of your checks because you have the same skin that they do. Any time questions are asked they're chalked up to “they know their schedule”. Anybody who is white has to clock in and receives payroll checks.
It's a mystery as to how they pay the Indian kids.
