So my workplace recently filed to unionize. They have been absolute bitches and cruel to the extreme in their campaign against us, but that is for a different post. As the title says, looking for ideas for what we can come up with during our negotiation, especially for raise schedules/how raises are calculated. Anyone with experience or who has just thought about this please respond!
