I was one person working a job that should have at least been 3 or 4.
I was supposed to be in charge of that department but my direct manager allowed 3 people with zero knowledge of my system over run my area and refuse to follow my plan, which was in writing, posted and emailed. They undid 3 years of work.
I got in trouble for what the other people did. I was effectively prevented from doing my job due to their actions. Then I got in trouble. It's so stupid it's funny.
On to the next one I guess. At least they called it a lay off lol.
