Stuff like “Student loan borrowers defaulting on purpose” does nothing but help change the narrative away from the truth. Most people aren't trying to default on purpose. They're unable to pay. The MSM spinning these articles, and individuals reposting it encourages fools to push harder for predatory debts because they believe everyone is trying to get a free ride when they really just wanted a chance at a future and got fucked for life instead.
